Child Safety Standards

This page sets out TweeTok's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). TweeTok is a third-party viewer, published on Google Play by the developer yuanming.

Zero tolerance: TweeTok strictly prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation content and conduct, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Prohibited content and conduct

When using TweeTok, the following are strictly prohibited:

Posting, sharing, soliciting or promoting child sexual abuse material;
Grooming, sextorting or otherwise sexually exploiting a minor;
Sexualizing minors, or promoting or glorifying child sexual abuse and exploitation;
Facilitating the trafficking or sexual exploitation of minors.

2. Where content on TweeTok comes from

TweeTok does not host user content itself. Posts, images and videos in the app are hosted by X and are subject to X's rules. The app is intended for users aged 18 and over.

3. How to report

In the app: tap "More" (⋯) on the post, choose "Report or Block" → "Report Post", and select "Child safety" as the reason. The post is removed from your feed immediately and we receive the report.
On X: please also report it to X. Only X can remove content from its platform or suspend accounts.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police right away. You can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline or the relevant authority in your region.

4. What we do

We review reports related to child safety;
We report the content and accounts involved to X;
Where child sexual abuse material is confirmed, we report it to NCMEC or the relevant regional or national authority;
We comply with applicable child safety laws and with lawful requests from the authorities.

TweeTok 自身不托管用户内容。应用内的帖子、图片和视频由 X 托管，并受 X 规则约束。本应用面向 18 岁及以上用户。

3. 如何举报

在应用内：点击帖子的「更多」（⋯），选择「举报或拉黑」→「举报帖子」，原因选择「儿童安全」。该帖子会立即从你的信息流中移除，我们也会收到举报。
在 X 上：也请向 X 举报，只有 X 能从其平台移除内容或封禁账号。
通过邮件：wym572@gmail.com。请不要在邮件中附上任何涉事图片或视频，只需提供帖子链接。

如果有儿童正面临紧急危险，请立即联系当地警方。也可以向 NCMEC CyberTipline 或你所在地区的相关机构举报。

4. 我们如何处理

审查与儿童安全相关的举报；
向 X 举报相关内容和账号；
确认存在儿童性虐待材料时，向 NCMEC 或相关地区、国家的主管机构报告；
遵守适用的儿童安全法律，配合主管机构的合法请求。
